Throughout her career Kirstie’s commitment to high standards has driven her to lead initiatives that optimize efficiency, enhance safety, and promote sustainability. Following 12-years in a range of Operations and Compliance focussed roles across a variety of industries, Kirstie entered the biotech industry in 2018, working up to the role of Senior Operations Manager at the Cambridge site of Benevolent AI. In this latest role, Kirstie was a key member of the Green Scheme, where the team achieved the platinum award for two consecutive years. This award recognizes a commitment to reducing the environmental impact of each company's operations and celebrates the innovative initiatives introduced by the Green Labs team. Dedicated to fostering a culture of well-being and continuous improvement, she consistently strives to enhance organizational performance to allow the organisation and those in it to thrive and scale.
